Terms of service

The service

CubbyFront is front-office software for childcare centers: enrollment, attendance, daily reports, messaging and compliance records. You need a licensed center, or be a parent connected by one, to use it.

Plans and fair use

Plans are flat monthly or annual fees: Home (up to 10 enrolled children), Center (up to 30) and Academy (up to 50), each with limits on team members and parent accounts shown on the pricing page. Limits are fair-use ceilings: we notify you at 90% and ask you to upgrade or contact us before adding more at 100%. We never remove access to existing children, staff or parents because of a ceiling.

Payment, guarantee and cancellation

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. There is no free trial. Every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee: email us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. You can cancel any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. Founding-50 pricing applies for as long as the subscription stays active.

Your data

You own the data you enter. You can export it as CSV at any time and we will delete it on request. We act as your processor as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for obtaining parent consent your state requires for photos and records.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to store data about children not in your care, to send unsolicited messages, or to probe other centers' data. We may suspend accounts that put children's data at risk.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability and back up data continuously, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Keep your own licensing records as your state requires.

Changes

We'll email account owners at least 14 days before material changes to these terms or prices. Continued use after that date means you accept the changes.
